We are well aware of how you may feel in letting strangers into your house. At Durable, we take this concern into consideration and do everything possible to put your minds at ease.

Our Installers and surveyors are all employed directly by Durable. No subcontract labour is used.

Our surveyors do not try and sell. We measure and listen and follow up the survey a few days later with a written quotation (or by e-mail if you prefer). You then have time to consider the samples and pricing before making a decision. Steve Walsh and Donald Cameron carry out all the surveying and quotations and because they are past installers themselves, they can advise on the works that would be carried out as well as the correct type of film for your needs.

All of our installers are CRB checked and trained in Health and Safety techniques and legislation as well as first aid. They all wear identification and when we arrange the installation date with you, we make sure you have their names and vehicle registration so you can feel safe before letting them into your home.

We never ask for money up front, but we do expect payment on the day of installation once the works are completed.
